  • Charles Bakkabulindi

    Charles Bakkabulindi (born 25 November 1959), is a Ugandan politician. He is the current State Minister for Sports in the Ugandan Cabinet. He was appointed to that position in 2005. In the cabinet reshuffles of 1 June 2006, 16 February 2009, that of 27 May 2011, and that of 1 March 2015, he retained his cabinet post. He is also the elected Member of Parliament representing Workers.

  • Daudi Migereko was the minister of lands, housing and urban development in the cabinet of Uganda. He was appointed to that position on 27 May 2011. He replaced Omara Atubo, who was dropped from the cabinet. In the cabinet reshuffle of 2016, the president dropped him from this position and replaced him with Betty Amongi. From 16 February 2009 until 27 May 2011, he served as the government's chief whip in the parliament of Uganda. Before that, he was the minister of energy and mineral development in the cabinet. Migereko also represented Butembe County, Jinja District in the parliament from 2006 to 2016, a position he surrendered to Nelson Lufafa who won the seat in the 2016 General Elections.

  • Hilary Onek

    Hilary Obaloker Onek (born 5 May 1948), is a Ugandan engineer and politician. He is the current Minister for Relief, Disaster Preparedness and Refugees in the Ugandan Cabinet. He was appointed to that position on 27 May 2013. He replaced Tarsis Kabwegyere. Prior to that, Hilary Onek served as the Minister for Energy & Minerals, from 16 February 2009 until 27 May 2011. Before that, he served as Uganda's Minister of Agriculture, Animal Industry & Fisheries from 2006 to 2009. He is also the elected Member of Parliament (MP) representing Lamwo County, Lamwo District. He was first elected to Parliament in 2001.

    John Nwoono Nasasira is a Ugandan engineer and politician. He was most recently the Minister of Information and Communication Technology in the Cabinet of Uganda, but resigned as an MP in August 2016, citing "ill health." He was appointed to that position on 23 May 2013, replacing Ruhakana Rugunda. Before that, from 27 May 2011 until 23 May 2013, he served as the Chief Government Whip. Earlier, from 1996 until 2011, he served as the Minister of Works and Transportation. He also represents Kazo County, Kiruhura District in the Parliament, a position he has occupied continuously since 1989.
