Despite an over-15-year age difference, Millie Bobby Brown and Drake are good friends. "I love him. I met him in Australia and he’s honestly so fantastic, and a great friend, a great role model," said Brown of their friendship.
She sparked controversy, however, after gushing about Drake on the Emmys red carpet in 2018. "We just texted each other the other day, and he was like, 'I miss you so much,' and I was like, 'I miss you more,'" Brown said. The comments resulted in a series of memes, playing off of the pair's large age difference.
But Brown defended her friendship, later taking to Instagram stories to say, "Why u gotta make a lovey friendship ur headline? U guys are weird… for real."
