Gary Antonian Sheffield is an American retired Major League Baseball outfielder. He played with eight teams in the major leagues from 1988 to 2009. He currently works as a sports agent. For most of his career, Sheffield played right field, though he has also played left field, third base, shortstop, and a handful of games at first base. He played for the Milwaukee Brewers, San Diego Padres, Florida Marlins, Los Angeles Dodgers, Atlanta Braves, New York Yankees, Detroit Tigers, and the New York Mets. Dwight Eugene "Doc" Gooden, nicknamed "Dr. K", is an American retired professional baseball player. A pitcher, Gooden played in Major League Baseball for the New York Mets, New York Yankees, Cleveland Indians, Houston Astros, and Tampa Bay Devil Rays from 1984 through 2000. Gooden is a four-time MLB All-Star, and three-time World Series champion. He won the National League Rookie of the Year Award in 1984, as he led the league in strikeouts, and then won the NL Cy Young Award and a Triple Crown in 1985.
