Terry Wayne Baker is a former American football and basketball player. He played college football and college basketball at the Oregon State University. He played as a quarterback for the Oregon State Beavers football team from 1960 to 1962, winning the Heisman Trophy as senior. In the spring of his senior year, he played in the Final Four of the 1963 NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament with the Oregon State Beavers men's basketball team. To date, he is the only athlete to have both won a Heisman Trophy and played in the Final Four.
