Betsan Powys, is a Welsh journalist, currently the Editor of Programmes for BBC Radio Cymru. A native Welsh speaker after being educated at Ysgol Gyfun Llanhari, Powys joined BBC Wales as a News Trainee in 1989, before joining the newsroom in Cardiff as a bilingual, bi-media reporter. Moving to Current Affairs came in 1994, she reported undercover, where one investigation required her to pose as one half of a Swinging couple in the "Garden of Eden", a West Wales brothel. Christopher Morgan was a Welsh journalist. Morgan was born in Cardiff and educated at Cardiff High School, and the United World College of the Atlantic in the Vale of Glamorgan. He graduated in 1976 in theology from the University of St Andrews, Scotland. Morgan began his media career in broadcasting in 1977 in the BBC's religious department. Morgan trained as a journalist from 1978 at BBC Wales, reporting for both BBC Radio Wales and BBC Radio 4, and latterly BBC One. Morgan worked for BBC Wales television, where during the early 1980s he became one of the main presenters on the evening news programme Wales Today. Claire Summers is a Welsh news television presenter for BBC Wales. Born in Cardiff, but brought up in Cowbridge, Summers was educated at Howell's in Llandaff. She then gained a BA degree at Aberystwyth University, and a post-graduate degree in journalism from the University of Cardiff. Summers worked at Channel One television in Bristol, where she reported, filmed, edited and presented programmes. Summers joined BBC Wales in 2000.
