Additionally, Crowley played keyboard and served as assistant musical director on the _Hamilton Original Broadway Cast Recording_. Certified 5x Platinum by the RIAA, that recording won the Grammy for “Best Musical Theater Album” and the Billboard Music Award for “Top Soundtrack/Cast Album.”

Beyond dthe orchestra pit, Kurt routinely collaborates with _Hamilton_ singers and instrumentalists on diverse projects: major charitable endeavors like "Broadway Cares," wildly popular #Ham4Ham digital videos which have received millions of views, and custom song arrangements of all types, including a widely praised a cappella version of the “Star Spangled Banner” sung live before an October 2016 Giants vs. Ravens NFL contest.

Before _Hamilton’s_ meteoric rise, Crowley had already caught the ear and attention of its creator, Lin-Manuel Miranda. Kurt thus conducted Miranda’s critically acclaimed musical adaptation of _Bring it On_ and the National Tour of his original musical _In the Heights_.
