Björn Borg is a former World No. 1 tennis player from Sweden widely considered to be one of the greatest in tennis history. Between 1974 and 1981 he won 11 Grand Slam singles titles, six at the French Open and five consecutive at Wimbledon. He also won three year-end championships and 15 Grand Prix Super Series titles. Borg set numerous Open Era records that still stand, most notably winning 41% of the Grand Slam singles tournaments he entered, winning both the French Open and Wimbledon for three consecutive years, and winning three Grand Slams without losing a set. Mats Wilander is a former World No. 1 tennis player from Sweden. From 1982 to 1988, he won seven Grand Slam singles titles, and one Grand Slam men's doubles title. In 1988, Wilander won three of the four Grand Slam singles events and finished that year ranked World No. 1. Although he never won the singles title at Wimbledon, Wilander twice won the Australian Open when that tournament was still played on grass courts. This makes Wilander one of only five men to have won Grand Slam singles titles on grass courts, hard courts, and clay courts. Stefan Bengt Edberg is a Swedish former world no. 1 professional tennis player. A major proponent of the serve-and-volley style of tennis, he won six Grand Slam singles titles and three Grand Slam men's doubles titles between 1985 and 1996. He also won the Masters Grand Prix and was a part of the Swedish Davis Cup-winning-team four times. In addition he won four Masters Series titles, four Championship Series titles and the unofficial Olympic tournament 1984, was ranked in the singles top 10 for ten successive years, 9 years in the top 5, and is considered one of the greatest players of his era. Robin Bo Carl Söderling is a currently inactive professional tennis player from Sweden. He is a former world no. 4 in the ATP rankings, a career high he reached in November 2010. Söderling reached successive French Open finals in 2009 and 2010. He has also won one Masters 1000 event, the 2010 Paris Masters. Söderling first came to prominence at the 2009 French Open, where he became the first player to defeat Rafael Nadal at the tournament.
