If You've Read More Than Four Of These Books Or Series, You're A Real Fantasy Nerd

List RulesVote up the fantasies that really made you believe you were more than just a faux wizard.

You might think you're a real fantasy novel buff, but there are certain ways to discern your level of nerd commitment. You may have read a few of the Harry Potter novels. Heck, you may have read all seven, but do you know anything about N. K. Jemisin's Broken Earth trilogy? Have you read anything by Tamora Pierce? Did you read A Song of Ice and Fire before George RR Martin's work became Game of Thrones? If you answer no to these questions, you have a lot of reading to do. Stay updated with the latest books with these popular book review channels on YouTube.

You can't consider yourself learned in the lore of magic and wizardry if you're unfamiliar with certain fantasy literary behemoths. Even if you don't prefer Arthurian legend classics, there's a plethora of great books that can school you on all things related to Merlin, the undeniable father of all wizards. You can dedicate a few weekends to broadening your horizons and reading all of the greatest fantasy series.

If you've already read all of these series, well, you may be a little too invested.
