This is a rare bit of wordplay from Mr. Toretto, who ordinarily avoids any type of game that doesn't involve the immediate threat of a violent demise. Often seeming to operate on only one level, here Dom illustrates his fit for metaphor, cleverly drawing a connection between a woman's physical person and a car body (he is an admirer of both).
In addition to showing his love of the finer things, this quote is about acceptance and appreciation. You might like one thing in particular, someone else may prefer another, but it's important to appreciate and respect everyone, regardless of whether or not they're your style.
