When you're stuck in a scenario where a family reunion devolves into a deadly Home Alone scenario thanks to a group of masked killers, you'll want an Aries around. If you're an Aries you're a good leader, energetic, and you're not afraid to take charge. Even though Erin's just met the rest of her crew on the same night that they're all getting murdered, she doesn't have a problem putting them in line so she can save the day.
Erin Harson goes from being the hunted to hunting the creeps who are trying to kill her in two shakes of a lamb's tail. She doesn't let anyone mess with her, and if they do they catch a 2x4 to the head.
As a Taurus you prefer to stay in and Netflix and chill rather than go out and get killed. There's nothing wrong with staying home, because nothing bad can happen in the comfort of your living room, unless of course an escaped mental patient in a Captain Kirk mask comes to town and starts murdering people.

Cancer (June 21 - July 22): Anita "Needy" Lesnicki, 'Jennifer's Body'
If you're friends with a Cancer you know that they have a tendency to take everything personally. They can be moody and they need a lot of attention, much like Anita Lesnicki from Jennifer's Body. Throughout the film Lesnicki has a love/hate relationship with her best friend and she only survives after she's able to literally stab Jennifer through the heart and become a (hopefully) more caring version of a she-demon.
Ugh, Leos, why do you always have to be the center of attention? It's like you don't know how to handle any situation without falling through a table or turning all of your friends into demons. In Fede Álvarez's remake of Evil Dead, Mia is a total Leo throughout the film.
Via her heroin addiction she figuratively dragged all of her friends out to a cabin in the woods and then she went and got herself possessed, so her friends have to deal with that. After all of her friends and family succumb to the demonic forces in the cabin she literally fights herself to death while it rains blood. Like all Leos she's extra AF.

Virgo (August 23 - September 22): Ginny Field, 'Friday The 13th'
If you're in a horror movie with a Virgo you're probably not going to be the final girl. Not only are they detail oriented, but they're great at memorization and they have an investigative nature about them that essentially ensues that they're getting out of a slasher scenario.
Ginny Field is the first final girl to survive Jason, and she does so with her wits. While the other campers are busy adding to Jason's body count, Ginny's putting her psychology degree to work and using the killer's obsession with his mother against him.
