Which Final Girl Would You Be, According To Your Zodiac Sign?

Updated March 30, 2018 5.9k views12 items

It's a classic horror trope - the last standing heroine manages to make it out alive even though all her friends and family have perished in unspeakable circumstances. These survivors, these final girls, are as varied as the movies they star in, and just like the stars can tell you which horror movie villain you'd be by your astrological sign, they can also tell you which final girl you'd be, based on your horoscope. Final girls are traditionally crafty and they’re all survivors, but they each have their own methods of making it to the credits. By combining horror movies and astrology you can deduce which final girl you would be – it’s a flawless system.

Whether you’re trying to figure out your love life or determine which scary movie roles your friends would take, astrology is a fun tool for getting to the bottom of yourself and understanding what kind of person you really are. It’s time to find out if you’re more of a Sidney Prescott or a Nancy Thompson; just try to survive until the end.

When you're stuck in a scenario where a family reunion devolves into a deadly Home Alone scenario thanks to a group of masked killers, you'll want an Aries around. If you're an Aries you're a good leader, energetic, and you're not afraid to take charge. Even though Erin's just met the rest of her crew on the same night that they're all getting murdered, she doesn't have a problem putting them in line so she can save the day.

Erin Harson goes from being the hunted to hunting the creeps who are trying to kill her in two shakes of a lamb's tail. She doesn't let anyone mess with her, and if they do they catch a 2x4 to the head.

  • As a Taurus you prefer to stay in and Netflix and chill rather than go out and get killed. There's nothing wrong with staying home, because nothing bad can happen in the comfort of your living room, unless of course an escaped mental patient in a Captain Kirk mask comes to town and starts murdering people.

Laurie Strode just wants to stay in on Halloween and babysit. She doesn't want to make out with any dudes, and she doesn't want to eat too much candy. Her commitment to being kind of a wet blanket is one of the things that keeps her alive - that and her ability to thrust wildly with a knife.

  • You can't tell Geminis anything, especially if the thing you don't want them to know about is a box that opens up a portal to Hell. Don't blame a Gemini for telling tales out of school, sometimes they don't know that they're spreading crazy secrets, and in some cases they're making a deal with a group of BDSM demons to keep themselves from being dragged to Hell.

Kirsty Cotton gets caught in the world of weird sex and murder being perpetuated by her step-mother and has to outsmart both her dead uncle who's wearing her dad's skin (long story) and the very sexy Mr. Pinhead. Only a Gemini could handle that.

If you're friends with a Cancer you know that they have a tendency to take everything personally. They can be moody and they need a lot of attention, much like Anita Lesnicki from Jennifer's Body. Throughout the film Lesnicki has a love/hate relationship with her best friend and she only survives after she's able to literally stab Jennifer through the heart and become a (hopefully) more caring version of a she-demon.
