They say don't judge a book by its cover; in some cases, you can't judge a food by its name. There are some foods that aren't what you think - at all. What It Sounds Like: An extremely chocolatey chocolate pudding. What It Actually Is: Sausage made with coagulated blood. Fun Fact: Some claim it's a "superfood" because it's high in potassium, magnesium, calcium, and iron.
What It Sounds Like: A delicious seafood. What It Really Is: Bull, pig, or sheep testicles. Fun Fact: The first ranchers to settle in the Rocky Mountain region started eating these because they didn't want to waste any part of an animal.
