List Rules Movies only

When we're in the mood to watch a tense thriller, rarely do we sit down and ponder which thriller movies are the funniest. Nor do we stop to consider the funniest thriller characters. It’s kind of an oxymoron, right? Do thrillers usually have funny characters? The answer, undoubtedly, is yes.

As even the biggest thrillers usually include some sort of comic relief or a scene that cuts the tension before the audiences' hearts explode, this list aims to rank the funniest characters audiences tend to forget. While some thrillers inject characters for short bursts of comic relief, others focus on characters who are sometimes clueless and often hilarious. Films like Snakes on a Plane or In Bruges are able to seamlessly mix both comedy and action, giving us characters that are both funny...and scary.

Be sure to vote up the funniest characters, and if someone is missing, add them yourself!
