His Marriage To Amal Is Straight Out Of A Fairy Tale
Clooney was a notorious bachelor before he met Amal Alamuddin, a human-rights activist and lawyer, in July 2013. The two met through a mutual friend, and their friendship quickly blossomed into romance.
During a home-cooked meal on April 28, 2014, Clooney proposed by hiding a seven-karat diamond ring inside the box for a lighter. The couple married in an intimate Venetian ceremony in September 2014.
The Clooney family - George, Amal, and children Alexander and Ella - are nothing short of picturesque. Clooney adores his wife and children, and despite how private he is with other aspects of his life, he doesn't mind sharing how much he loves Amal. In an interview on Netflix's My Next Guest Needs No Introduction, Clooney told host David Letterman:
She is sort of this remarkable human being and now mother which is something, I suppose, you should assume she would be wonderful at as well. But, when you see it in person, it makes you feel incredibly proud and also incredibly small.
He Doesn't Use Body Doubles In Sex Scenes
During a chat with Stephen Colbert, George assured viewers he does all his own stunts - especially in the bedroom. “I do all my own sex. Sex sells," he said.

He Shut Down Gay Rumors With The Best Response Ever
When an interviewer asked Clooney what he thought of all the gay rumors surrounding him, he came back with one of the coolest responses. He told the Advocate:
I think it’s funny, but the last thing you’ll ever see me do is jump up and down, saying, “These are lies!” That would be unfair and unkind to my good friends in the gay community. I’m not going to let anyone make it seem like being gay is a bad thing. My private life is private, and I’m very happy in it. Who does it hurt if someone thinks I’m gay? I’ll be long dead and there will still be people who say I was gay. I don’t give a sh*t.
He's All About Self-Love
While playing a word association game during an interview, Clooney once described masturbation in one word: "Crucial!" Though raised Catholic, he says when it comes to sins, sometimes it's all a matter of priorities.
"If you look at that list of top 10 sins, it's not specifically listed. I mean, in general, there's nothing about 'Thou shalt not handle thine Johnson,'" he said.

His Past Is Enough To Make Him A Horrible Political Candidate
Though he's played politicians on the big screen, George once confessed his past would be enough to keep him from ever actually running for politics.
"I didn't live my life in the right way for politics, you know. I f*cked too many chicks and did too many drugs, and that's the truth," he explained. Well, at least he owns it!
He's Not One To Kiss And Tell
Sexiest man on the planet or not, Clooney has never been a huge fan of sharing the intimate details of what happens between the sheets. "I don't like to share my personal life... it wouldn't be personal if I shared it." he once explained.
