The Golden Apple Award for Most Cooperative Actress was awarded to those entertainers recognized for being easy to work with. This award was presented by the Hollywood Women's Press Club from 1941-1966 and later renamed "Golden Apple Female Star of the Year." Some not-very-surprising recipients of the Most Cooperative Actress Award included Betty White, Lucille Ball, Katharine Hepburn, and Sandra Bullock.
