The 2021 Golden Globe nominations were announced and honestly, it's a bit of a shocker. No nominations for critics' favorite I May Destroy You, no nominations for Jonathan Majors or Jurnee Smollett for Lovecraft Country, no Bridgerton, no The Boys, and the universally-panned Emily in Paris is up for best TV series for a musical or comedy. On the movie side, snubs include Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom for best picture, no Minari, andno nominations for Meryl Streep.
