"Gravity" movie quotes take viewers on an emotional journey through space in the science-fiction movie. Starring George Clooney and Sandra Bullock, "Gravity" was co-written, co-produced, co-edited and directed by Alfonso Cuaron. The thriller received nearly universal acclaim after showings at the Venice International Film Festival and Telluride Film Festival before its release on October 4, 2013.

In "Gravity," Clooney stars as Matt Kowalski, a veteran astronaut commanding his final mission before retirement. Along with Mission Specialist and Medical Engineer Dr. Ryan Stone, portrayed by Bullock, the two participate in what seems to be a routine spacewalk outside their ship, Explorer. Everything changes when their ship is hit by debris from a satellite.

Dr. Ryan Stone is sent off into space, alone, drifting further and further from the ship. Matt Kowalsi is tasked with not only locating and finding Dr. Stone, but keeping her calm so she can help him find her in the vast expanses of space. Things only get worse when their connection to Mission Control is severed, leaving them with few hopes of survival.

"Gravity" jettisons itself into the fall 2013 movie lineup already full with hits like "Don Jon," "Rush, "Prisoners,", "Enough Said," "The Family," "Riddick," "The World's End," "Getaway," "Drinking Buddies," "The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones," "Paranoia," "Kick-Ass 2," "We're the Millers, and "Elysium".

Dr. Ryan Stone: "I'm fine."

With little advanced warning, Space Shuttle Explorer is struck with debris from a satellite and at that moment, everything changes. To make matters worse, the impact sends Mission Specialist Dr. Ryan Stone off into space, on her own, attached to an arm that is en route into deep space.
