Spider-Man has perhaps one of the most memorable Rogue Galleries out of any superhero, and one of his absolute worst enemies is the serial killer-turned-serial killer with a symbiote suit known as Cletus Kasady, AKA Carnage. The deranged psychopath once shared a cell with Eddie Brock, AKA Venom; when Eddie's symbiote suit came to the rescue, a part of it merged with Kasady, turning him into the even more dangerous Carnage.
Finding gory Carnage comic book moments is easy because almost every single one of his appearances begins or ends with a massacre. But what are the most violent Carnage comic book scenes? The ones that are capable of making you squirm with how disgusting or twisted they are? Below is a list of violent Carnage comics that prove just how dastardly and dangerous this villain truly is.

He Offed His Dog With An Electric Drill
Is there any better way to show that a character is truly horrendous than having him torture an animal? In Venom: Carnage Unleashed, readers get a peak at the childhood of Cletus Kasady and the results... aren't very pretty. In the comic he tells his doctor that his mom loved their dog more than she loved Cletus, so a young Cletus took the dog down into the basement and killed it with an electric drill.
He still fondly remembers how good it felt. If that's not a good indicator that Cletus is beyond any sort of redemption, nothing is.Is this gruesome?

Carnage Turns His Psychiatrist Into A Cannibal
Marvel Comics have done a great job in presenting Carnage as more of a symbol for all the evil out there in the world than just one crazy nut job. Any attempt to treat him or cure him has always ended in disaster. In Carnage: Mind Bomb, one particularly renowned doctor tries to understand Kasady's mind, but it obviously ends badly. The doctor wants to know how Carnage sees the world, and when the drugs wear off, Carnage fights back.
Instead of just taking out the doctor, Carnage infects his mind with a bit of his own, and the doctor can see how Carnage actually sees the world. It's enough to turn the stoic psychiatrist into a lunatic who tries to eat the guards who come and save him.Is this gruesome?

Whenever Carnage escapes from jail, a trail of bloody bodies follows. The events in Carnage Vs. Deadpool begin with Carnage again breaking out of prison and going on a rampage. His first act is to wipe out a diner full of people; the savagery and gore set the stage for the rest of the comic book. He first drives a spike into a state trooper's head, then proceeds to dismember some men who try to stop him.
After he's done with those guys, he turns his attention to the women and children trapped in the diner. We don't see it, but it's later reported that he claimed dozens of lives. Is this gruesome?

Carnage Infects A Small Rural Town, Chaos Ensues
The best Carnage stories are the ones that aren't afraid to show how twisted and deranged Cletus Kasady really is. One of the best openings to any Carnage story is that of Carnage, USA, when he disrupts a perfectly quiet and peaceful town by showing up unannounced. After Carnage attacks a meat packing plant, we see a man rushing home to check on his family. He tells them to get away from the sink because "it" travels through it.
He then asks where the other children are at and the mom says their son is giving the baby a bath. The man shrieks in terror and rushes upstairs, only to find the baby completely absorbed by the symbiote as his son begs for help. The two children transform into monsters and then take out the father. This type of savagery is exactly why readers both love and hate Carnage. Is this gruesome?
