As with other fast food joints, In-N-Out offers an array of secret menu items for true fans of the food to get their fix. There's a reason why some of these In-N-Out off-menu items are even more popular than regular In-N-Out orders: it makes you feel like part of an exclusive club. What's on the In-N-Out secret menu? Any items on the In-N-Out Burger secret menu list are highly coveted because they make going to the restaurant kind of a cult activity, something only the "cool people" can do. Now everybody can be one of the cool kids.

Large & Extra Large Shakes
These aren't on the menu, but there are large and extra-large shakes upon request, for when you really need to indulge in some ice creamy goodness.
For times when you want to get a little bit dirty, go with the Animal Style. With a beef patty smothered in mustard before cooking, lettuce, tomato, pickle, extra spread and grilled onions, you will surely paint a pretty picture on whatever you're wearing.
For an extra crisp bite, get the hamburger bun "extra toast." Leaving them on the grill for just a minute longer does wonders.
Cheese and fries equals cheese fries equals high-cholesterol equals heaven. In that order. Make sure to eat 'em while they're hot so you can savor the gooey goodness.
Fries Well Done
In-N-Out fries so crispy, they taste like potato chips. Yes. Make your neighbor jealous when you sit down with these golden brown sticks of delicious.
Animal Style Fries
Like the Animal Style burger, but on fries. Cheese, spread, grilled onions and pickles atop a pile of In N Out's super fresh french fries. Glorious.
Can't decide on a shake? Have 'em all in a Neapolitan Shake. Chocolate, vanilla and strawberry ice cream are all blended together as one.
The ultimate carb-cutter. Trade in the hamburger buns for a lettuce wrap. Your momma will be proud and you can cut at least five minutes off the workout you weren't going to partake in anyway.
Double the meat, double the pleasure. A Double Meat burger has two beef patties instead of one, lettuce, tomato, spread and bun.
Oh, and double the fun.
Mustard Grilled Patty
Before grilling the burger, the In N Out gods slather it with mustard. The Mustard Grilled Patty is an acquired taste, but something worth trying at least once.

Three beef patties, three slices of cheese, veggies and a bun. I guess you CAN ask for two extra buns if you're that into symmetry.
Sure to add a kick in every bite. Diced jalapenos can be added to any order! Maybe you don't get them in your milkshake, but added to your cheese fries? Yeah, buddy!
Back to basics, and sometimes that's enough. Two meat patties with two slices of cheese. No bread, no veggies. Meat and cheese. That's it.
100 x 100 Burger
For the biggest of gluttons, there is the 100 x 100 burger, with 100 patties and slices of cheese. You are not going to eat this by yourself, admit it. The dude who ordered this burger was either higher than Snoop Dogg on 4/20 or in search of a viral photo to post on Reddit.
Skip the patty and have the cheese take center place. 2 slices of cheese melted with lettuce, tomato and a bun.
Some people like things wicked plain. They get their In-N-Out hamburger buns untoasted. To each their own.
3 By Meat
If double isn't enough, there's always three. Three beef patties, any veggies and sauce you'd like with no cheese. It's for extreme meat-lovers (and the lactose intolerant).
Soggy, oily, tender fries. Go on, no one's judging. Throw some animal sauce on there and you've got yourself a messy treat.
Veggie Burger / Wish Burger
For the prize vegetarian of the group, the Veggie Burger or Wish Burger has no meat or cheese, but tons of grilled onions, lettuce, and sauce with double tomatoes. It's like a garden wrapped in a bun on its way to your belly.
