As K-pop continues to grow in popularity, new entertainment companies, talent agencies, and record labels are popping up in South Korea and in other countries. The "Big 3" (JYP, YG, and SM) have been dominating the K-pop industry for decades, but that's not stopping smaller agencies from taking a piece of the billion-dollar market. Founded in 2005, Big Hit Entertainment has become one of the most popular Kpop agencies in the world, thanks to boy group BTS.
