Lil Wayne tattoos, ranked by fans of the sexy star and of body art. Lil Wayne is a hip hop recording artist and producer who released his platinum-selling debut album The Block is Hot in 1999. His breakthrough album Tha Carter, released in 2004, featured the hit single "Go D.J." Lil Wayne made music history in 2012 after he beat Elvis Presley's record for the most songs on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Throughout his career, Lil Wayne has collaborated with top recording artists including Drake, Nicki Minaj and Jay-Z.
