John Roy Anderson (born 25 October 1944), known professionally as Jon Anderson, is an English singer and songwriter, best known as the lead singer of the progressive rock band Yes, which he co-founded in 1968 with bassist Chris Squire. He was a member of the band across three tenures between 1968 and 2008. Anderson is a current member of Yes Featuring Jon Anderson, Trevor Rabin, Rick Wakeman. Carlos Salzedo (6 April 1885 – 17 August 1961) was a French harpist, pianist, composer and conductor. His compositions brought a new modernist sensibility to the virtuoso repertoire of the instrument. He influenced many composers with his new ideas for the harp. He taught scores of students every year at the Curtis Institute of Music, at the Institute of Musical Art and in his private studio in New York City, and especially at his famed summer harp colony in Seal Harbor, then in Camden, Maine, which was featured in Life magazine.
