It's the most wonderful time of the year! March Madness is the time where hardcore and casual sports fans alike can bond over filling out 2018 March Madness brackets and bragging about alma maters. This list consists of all of the most likely NCAA tournament participants, including starting lineups for each team. The question at hand is, "who will win the 2018 NCAA tournament?" Vote for the best college basketball teams or vote for the top teams in their respective conferences.
