There are five elements you can do within each mission, and if you complete all of them, you're awarded a gold medallion. In the event you miss one or two of them, you only get a silver or bronze medallion, respectively.

You play as Lt. Jimmy Patterson in the midst of World War II. However, the real fun begins when you complete the main storyline and can engage in the non-canon bonus level. This is where you take on many strange enemies, including robots, dancing dogs, and zombies. While most of the time you battle against human soldiers, it makes for a more surreal experience as you build your own Panzerknacker to help you in the very last mission.
