100 Washington Square


100 Washington Square is a 332-ft tall skyscraper in Minneapolis. It was completed in 1981 and has 22 floors. It is the 26th tallest building in the city. The building was designed by architect Minoru Yamasaki, the same responsible for the design of the World Trade Center in NYC. As with the Trade Center, the exterior of the building is composed of closely spaced load-bearing steel that distributes weight to the core and removes the need for internal support columns. The South Tower (also known as Tower 2, Building Two or 2 WTC) of the World Trade Center in New York City was completed and opened in 1973 at a height of 415 meters (1,362 ft), distinguishable from the North Tower by its outdoor observation deck and the absence of a television antenna. The address of this building was 2 World Trade Center with its own ZIP code of 10048. It was destroyed along with the North Tower (1 World Trade Center) in the September 11 attacks. The South Tower was the second tower to be struck at 9:03 AM and the first tower to collapse at 9:59 AM. BOK Tower, formerly One Williams Center, is a skyscraper in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. At 203 m in height, the 52-story tower was the tallest building in any of the five "Plains States": Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota, as well as the surrounding states of Missouri, Arkansas and New Mexico. until surpassed by Devon Tower in 2011. It was built in 1975 and designed by Minoru Yamasaki & Associates, the same architect who designed the World Trade Center in New York.
