Vote up the most gruesome ends on 'The Boys.'
Fans know The Boys is the exact opposite of your typical squeaky clean superhero fare. It's brutal, unexpected, and altogether extreme. But deaths in The Boys are so creative and over the top, the carnage actually starts to become a highlight. You never know who's going out next, or exactly how they will be making their exit, but you can always rely on it being shocking and, as Billy Butcher would say, absolutely diabolical!
So whether it's a Homelander death, Deep demise, or Black Noir beating, vote up the demises from The Boys that you think were the absolute worst ways to go out. This demise comes a mere 6 minutes into the very first episode of the series, and serves as the inciting incident for protagonist Hughie. As he and his girlfriend Robin discuss moving in together, planning for what looks like a happy, love-filled future, Robin is suddenly struck by A-Train as he (supposedly) chases after some bank robbers at super-sonic speed.
He doesn't just crush her. Really, he goes straight through her. Her body bursts like a water balloon filled with bodily fluids and bones, and poor Hughie is left blindsided on the sidewalk, still holding her hands, attached to disembodied arms.
Kimiko is still mourning the loss of her brother at the hands of Stormfront when she becomes a hired assassin, seemingly taking out her rage and grief on her targets.
Such is the case for one poor soul who ends up with Kikiko's nails dug into the side of his face. Her sharp little fingers burrow under the skin, grip it, and rip it off like a band aid. As she peels the skin back we also get to see the muscle, teeth, gums, and an eyeball falling out of its lid underneath before the body hits the floor.
Season 2 opens up strong in the doom department when Black Noir goes to behead Naquib. But that's a pretty standard execution method. The more gruesome end actually comes moments before.
When Black Noir moves to take out the armed guards defending Naquib's hideout, he puts his hands in one man's mouth, grabbing the top and bottom jaw. Then he pulls apart until rips the head fully in two.
Billy and Hughie find themselves in the unfortunate position of needing to find a way to dispose of Translucent to keep the rest of the heroes off their tails. But how do you off a superhuman with indestructible skin?
Enter the butt-bomb, a solution jury-rigged by Frenchie. Turns out, while Translucent's skin is hard as diamonds, his insides are not. Hughie pulls the trigger, and gives the walls a new paint job.

So Many People, Congress Meeting Massacre By Neuman
In the penultimate episode of season 2, It seems Vought will finally go down in flames when the perfect witness shows up at a congressional hearing for the company's crimes. Then that witness' head explodes. Then someone else's, and another, and another.
By the end of the scene, half the people that were present at the meeting have had their heads blown up in almost exactly the same way Rayner's was earlier. But although it's the same type of demise, it counts as a separate incident because of the sheer number of people falling with insane speed and brutality in just a few minutes. The floor just becomes an ocean of red.
It's the season 1 finale and Billy has Homelander cornered when he takes Stillwell hostage - or so he thinks. Billy's depending on their connection being strong enough that her end will cause a deep emotional wound.
Unfortunately, Homelander has grown increasingly fed up with Stillwell's lies and controlling nature over the past few episodes, so this just creates the perfect opportunity to dispose of her. He gives her a loving kiss, looks into her eyes, and promply melts her brain right out of her skull with his piping hot laser vision. Mmm, smells like barbecue.
