Easily one of the most notoriously difficult people to work with, Chase, who got his start in Saturday Night Live, has actually been banned from appearing on the show.
After verbally abusing all the cast members from his seasons and any time he hosted from there on out, in 1997 Chevy Chase slapped Chery Oteri in the back of the head during a rehearsal, infuriating Will Ferrel, who then complained to Lorne Michaels, executive producer and creator of the show.
Chase is the only cast member to have ever been banned from SNL.
