Jennifer Lopez is said to have a long list of demands that must be met if she is going to appear in a film, at a hotel, or at an event, like the World Music Awards in 2010. She reportedly requested having a helicopter kept on standby, a custom-fitted speed boat, and diamond-encrusted headphones to “drown out the sound of the boat’s motor,” as well as an entire floor of a hotel. She is known to throw fits if she doesn't get her way, for example, reportedly losing it at hotel staff if they don't have her favorite grapefruit and lime blossom candles by Jo Malone, which cost around $500 each.
Staff is also not allowed to speak to her, with a flight attendant once saying that when she simply asked Lopez what she would like to drink, she turned to her assistant and said, "Please tell him I'd like a Diet Coke and lime."
