Who She Is: Bellatrix Lestrange is Voldemort's most zealous and sadistic follower. She is widely known for her flaring temper, love of torment, and devotion to Voldemort. Bellatrix ends up in Azkaban after the First Wizarding War, and the long, tormented years she spends there make her even more unhinged and bloodthirsty. After the mass breakout, she immediately returns to Voldemort's side.

Her Most Evil Moment: Bellatrix has quite the résumé of evil deeds, most notably her excessive use of the Cruciatus Curse on Frank and Alice Longbottom, which drives them to irreparable insanity. She also slays her cousin, Sirius Black; her niece, Nymphadora Tonks; and Dobby the house-elf.

What Happens To Her: At the Battle of Hogwarts, Bellatrix meets her doom at the hands of Molly Weasley. When Bellatrix tries to finish off Ginny, Molly Weasley leaps in to save her daughter and ends Bellatrix's life.

Who He Is: As one of Voldemort's most fearsome followers, and a powerful dark wizard whose only equals might be Severus Snape and Bellatrix Lestrange, Dolohov is part of the group responsible for slaying Molly Weasley's brothers, Gideon and Fabian. He is known for his rampant torment of Muggles and those who fought against Voldemort. After the mass breakout at Azkaban, Dolohov rejoins Voldemort's ranks and plays a strong role in the skirmish at the Department of Mysteries.

His Most Evil Moment: Though his memory is wiped out by Hermione after their duel at a cafe, Dolohov recovers and fights in the final conflict at Hogwarts, where he claims the life of Remus Lupin.

What Happens To Him: Dolohov's downfall comes at the hands of Filius Flitwick, dueling champion and head of Ravenclaw House. It is unclear whether Dolohov survives and ends up in Azkaban, or if Flitwick deals him a final blow.

Who He Is: A fanatical follower of Voldemort, Barty Crouch Jr. originally ends up in Azkaban for taking part in the torment of Frank and Alice Longbottom. With help from Barty's mother, who takes her son's place in disguise using Polyjuice Potion, his father smuggles him out of prison and brings him at home, keeping Barty under the Imperius Curse. After many years, he eventually breaks free and hatches a sinister plot to rejoin his master.

His Most Evil Moment: For months, Barty disguises himself as Professor Alastor Moody using Polyjuice Potion and infiltrates Hogwarts. He keeps the real Moody locked inside a trunk. At Hogwarts, he gains Harry Potter's trust and lures him into a trap that will deliver him straight to Lord Voldemort during the Triwizard Tournament. His plan works, and Voldemort is resurrected. Harry nearly loses his life due to Barty's treachery, and Barty's machinations lead to Cedric Diggory's sad end.

What Happens To Him: When Harry exposes his secret, Barty is apprehended by McGonagall and Snape. Acting out of panic, Minister of Magic Cornelius Fudge orders the dementors to perform their dreaded "kiss" on the imposter. Barty's soul is sucked out of his body, and he is left a lifeless shell.

Who He Is: Fenrir Greyback is a ferocious, malcontent werewolf allied with Voldemort's followers. By biting as many children as he can and transforming them into werewolves from a young age (including Remus Lupin), he aims to create so many werewolves under his command that he can lead them to overthrow the wizarding world.

His Most Evil Moment: Greyback has cannibalistic habits and eats human flesh even when he is not transformed. During the final conflict at Hogwarts, he offs Lavender Brown and eats part of her corpse.

What Happens To Him: It's not clear exactly what happens to Greyback. When Hermione blasts him away from Lavender's body, he hits a banister and a crystal ball topples down on his head. He falls to the ground, motionless, but whether or not he survives is left to speculation.
