If you’ve just finished binge watching Lost, you’re probably wondering about other shows like Lost. What’s next? While nothing can ever compare to this ABC drama, several shows like Lost are out there.
When it comes to TV shows like Lost, Fringe might be the most similar. It might even be more satisfying because, unlike Lost, this show does wrap up most of its loose ends. It’s also one of several series Lost creator J.J. Abrams is somehow involved in on this list (the others include Alias, Person of Interest, Alcatraz, and Westworld). In terms of shows for Lost fans, Fringe is almost a sure bet – and much about this show will seem familiar, including the many flashbacks, and overall themes of destiny and fate.
What about movies like Lost? That’s a bit trickier, though there are some great ones listed here. Most of them are, like Lost, thought-provoking, slightly confusing, well-acted, and centered around major mysteries. Cloverfield and its spiritual sequel, 10 Cloverfield Lane, were both produced by J.J. Abrams. Some Lost fans believe that the Cloverfield franchise is linked to some of the secrets in Lost – but opinions vary wildly, and you'll hear some saying they absolutely hated Cloverfield.
