The 2020 NBA Slam Dunk Contest will take place in Chicago during All-Star Weekend. Dwight Howard is the big confirmed name looking to throw back the clock with another victory. However, there are many names in the league who have never participated in the contest. Among those who have never been in the dunk contest are some of the most popular and exciting players in the game.
