He Will Never Be Happy, And His Stalking Will Never, Ever End
At the end of Season 2, Joe appears to have won: He marries Love, they're about to be parents, he lives in a beautiful house, and everything seems to be perfect. But then the audience realizes that Joe has a new obsession with a mysterious next-door-neighbor - he will never change, never improve, and will always be a danger to those around him.
The exact moment in which Beck realized just how dangerous Joe was had to be when she discovered his hidden box of "treasures." In the box, she discovers pairs of her underwear, a used tampon, her missing t-shirt, her "lost" cell phone, the cell phone of her deceased ex Benji, the phone of her recently deceased best friend Peach, a necklace from Joe's ex Candace, and a small jar of human teeth.
Joe: murders three people, keeps used tampon, a pair of knickers and teeth in a box

While hiding for hours on the Salinger Estate, Joe watches Beck take a bath, then observes Peach Salinger doing the same. During this time, he relieves himself in a jar, too afraid of being caught or missing a moment to step outside or use a proper restroom.
When Joe and Peach Salinger first met, they did not care for one another. In fact, Peach disliked Joe immensely and began to sway her friend Beck. To put an end to her relationship-ending antics, Joe hit her with a rock while she was jogging in Central Park. The assault did not kill her, but the intent was there.
After Candance tries to break up with Joe, he kidnaps her and takes her to the woods. As he struggles to keep her quiet, he (accidentally?) bangs her head against a rock. Thinking he killed her, he buries her body in a shallow grave and leaves her to rot.
The gall of Joe to think Candace is the problem. YOU BURIED HER ALIVE, PSYCHO!!! #YouNetflix
