What are some of the new fast food items coming soon? Beginning in February 2019, McDonald's offers McCafé Donuts Sticks nationally for a limited time. The menu item is topped with cinnamon sugar and is available in orders of six or 12 sticks. Carl's Jr. is offering a plant-based burger in 2019 made from a quarter-pound Beyond patty and topped with American cheese and veggies.

In 2019, Chipotle is making it easy for customers following specific diets by introducing its Lifestyle Bowls including a Paleo Salad Bowl, Keto Salad Bowl for people looking for keto fast food options, Whole30 Salad Bowl, and Double Protein Bowl. Arby's is also introducing new items in 2019 in the form of Beer Can Chicken Sandwiches.

    Burger King's new burger for 2019 is the Big King XL. The whole sandwich is 980 calories.

    Burger King is now giving customers the option of a beefless patty with The Impossible Whopper, a plant-based alternative that is meant to simulate the experience of eating beef.

    The Impossible Whopper: Will be prepared exactly the same as a traditional whopper only with Impossible's vegetable patty substituted for the beef patty all on a sesame-seed bun.
