The Best New Pop Artists Of 2022
If there ever was a year for new pop artists, it's without a doubt 2022. Due to the increasingly widespread use of social media platform TikTok, many of 2022's hottest new pop singers gained popularity through viral video uploads and fanbase clout. Gen-Z female artists Mimi Webb, PinkPantheress, Nessa Barrett, Jessie Murph, Amelia Moore, Sadie Jean, and GAYLE are just a few examples of this year's on-the-rise superstars who've thrived from TikTok streams with subsequent Billboard Hot 100 charting success. The 2022 BRIT Awards' Rising Star recipient Holly Humberstone plans on releasing her debut studio album this year and touring with both Olivia Rodrigo and girl in red, and Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter the Kid LAROI also has a debut LP slated for this year, titled The First Time.
