Which NFL coaches were fired in 2021? This list of NFL coaches fired in 2021 shows that managing a professional sports team is never easy. NFL coaches face many challenges week in, week out, whether its' injuries, bad beats, and supernatural performances from opposing teams. However, at a point, the buck must stop somewhere, and that somewhere is the head coach. Not every NFL coach is an All-Timer, and some of the coaches on this list might actually be among the worst NFL coaches of all time. But, who are the best NFL head coaches fired this year? Which NFL coach got the axe too soon? Who deserves another spin around the NFL coaching carousel?

Many would consider Philadelphia Eagles head coach Doug Pederson to be the best NFL coach fired in 2021, having won Super Bowl LII only a handful of years ago. Then there's Las Vegas Raiders head coach Jon Gruden who had turned the team around before an unscrupulous scandal ousted him. Other NFL coaches fired in 2021 include Anthony Lynn who helmed the Los Angeles Chargers to a winning record during his tenure.

Vote up the NFL coaches who deserve another shot on the sidelines, or the NFL coaches you'd love to see your team hire.
