UPDATE: Head over and make your 2019 NFL Comeback Player of the Year predictions.
With the NFL season underway, it's time to make your 2018 Comeback Player of the Year predictions. While awards like Rookie of the Year and MVP are regarded as the more prestigious NFL honors, the Comeback Player of the Year can mean just as much to recipients. Handed to those football players who missed most of a previous season, typically due to injuries, and came back the next season with a bang, the highly-regarded award calls for seriously hard work. Of all the players working to come off injuries for this season, who do you think will win the 2018 NFL Comeback Player of the Year Award?
A favorite for many, and one of the NFL's top wide receivers, Odell Beckham Jr. is certainly in the running for the Comeback Award this season upon returning from a fractured ankle. However, many fans have their eyes on star quarterback Aaron Rodgers as he makes his return to the Packers from a broken collarbone—especially considering his 4-1 start before the injury last season. Other worthy candidates of the award include Colts QB Andrew Luck, Allen Robinson of the Bears, and the Dolphins' Ryan Tannehill, among many others.
Take a look at the list of players in the running for the NFL Comeback Player of the Year in 2018 and cast a vote for your predictions. You can also vote players down if you feel they aren't having the best season back. Don't forget to make your 2018 NFL Rookie of the Year predictions, either.
