Artie Minson, Jr

Bill Wilson

As Executive Vice President of Programming, Bill Wilson is
responsible for creative program development and original production
for all AOL content including Women  Lifestyle, News, Money 
Finance, Music, Movies, TV, Celebrity, Games, Sports, AOL Latino, Black
Voices, Research  Learn, KOL, and Red. He also manages AOL's
programming joint ventures including leading celebrity news site TMZ
with Telepictures, This Just In comedy site with HBO, and extreme
sports site Lat34 with Fusion.

Wilson joined AOL from BMG Entertainment where he served as Senior
Vice President for Worldwide Marketing and managed the marketing
campaigns for the world's biggest artists including Outkast, Christina
Aguilera, Dave Matthews Band, Santana, and Whitney Houston. He began
his career in entertainment at BMG's most successful record label
Arista Records under the leadership of the legendary Clive Davis and
was the principal product manager for a variety of artists including
Notorious BIG, Sarah McLachlan, Monica, Spiritualized, and Kenny G.

Wilson, who won an Emmy Award in 2006 for AOL's Live 8 program, was
named to Crain's New York Business "40 under Forty" in 2005,
Billboard's "Power Players" in Digital Entertainment in 2005, and
Hollywood Reporter's "Next Generation" in 2003.

He graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York
at Stony Brook with a BA in economics and a BS in business management
and earned an MBA with honors in finance and marketing from Rutgers
University's Graduate School of Management.

Brewster Kahle

Brewster Kahle ( KAYL; born October 22, 1960) is an American computer engineer, Internet entrepreneur, internet activist, advocate of universal access to all knowledge, and digital librarian. Kahle founded the Internet Archive and Alexa. In 2012 he was inducted into the Internet Hall of Fame.

Chamath Palihapitiya

Chamath is an Internet generation executive, having designed, launched and managed some of the Internet's most successful and well-known consumer products and services. Currently Chamath is the VP of Marketing and Operations for Facebook. Prior to Facebook, Chamath focused on consumer Internet, advertising and media investments for Mayfield. Prior to Mayfield, Chamath spent five years with AOL, most recently as the vice president and general manager of the Desktop Messaging group with overall responsibility for the AIM and ICQ businesses. Prior to his role as head of AIM and ICQ, Chamath was vice president of business operations for AOL's broadband subscription service helping to build the business to over $1 billion in revenue. He also co-founded and launched a Music Video-On-Demand (VOD) Channel to both critical and user acclaim, garnering successive Emmy nominations in 2005 and 2006. Earlier, Chamath held management positions with Internet music pioneers Spinner.com (AOL) and Winamp (AOL). Chamath attended the University of Waterloo, where he graduated First Class Honors with a B.S. in electrical engineering. He is a native of Sri Lanka, was raised in Canada and has lived in the United Kingdom.

Curt Viebranz

As AOL EVP and President of Platform-A, Curt Viebranz oversees AOL’s
industry-leading advertising network, which reaches more than 90% of
online consumers and offers advertisers access to the industry’s most
sophisticated tools and targeting technologies.
Prior to this, Viebranz was Chief Executive Officer of TACODA, Inc.,
the behavioral targeting company AOL acquired in August 2007. He joined
TACODA as President  Chief Operating Officer in April 2004 after
serving for three years as a Board member.
A seasoned media executive with substantial print, TV and online
experience in both the U.S. and abroad, Viebranz spent 17 years at Time
Warner and its predecessor company, Time Inc. During that time, Mr.
Viebranz held numerous senior management positions with operating
responsibility for major business units within Time Warner. He was
President of HBO International, the international arm of Time Warner's
Home Box Office unit. Previously, he was the first president of Time
Inc. Multimedia, the new media division of Time Inc., Time Warner's
book and magazine publishing subsidiary. He also served as President of
Time Inc. Europe and President of HBO Video, the home video
distribution unit of Home Box Office.
He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and also serves on the Board of the Boys and Girls’ Clubs of Newark.
Mr. Viebranz holds a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from
Harvard University. He and his wife, Cissy, have three children.

Dave Harmon

As Acting Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Dave Harmon
oversees HR efforts for AOL, including talent acquisition and
retention, compensation strategy, people systems and processes,
organizational development and leadership development.
Previously, Harmon served as Senior Vice President, HR Solution
Center, responsible for staffing, HR technologies, employee relations,
global mobility, immigration, compliance, payroll and the HR call
center, PeopleDirect. Harmon joined AOL in 2003 as Vice President,
Human Resources, for the Access (subscription) business.
Before coming to AOL, Harmon was Vice President, New Business
Development, for Footstarworks, a division of Footstar, with
responsibility for the occupational footwear division. Harmon joined
Footstar in 1998 as Vice President, Human Resources, with
responsibility for more than 10,000 employees and more than 4,000
locations. He also held executive positions at Just for Feet, managing
its e-commerce website, store operations and administration functions.
Harmon has more than 17 years experience in the human resources
field, with experience in corporate, international and field-based
human resources. He held numerous positions of increasing
responsibility in human resources and operations with two Fortune 100
companies, Cooper Industries and Pepsi-Cola, before joining the
Footstar organization. 
Harmon has a B.A. in marketing and applied psychology from Skidmore
College, and an MBA from Clarkson University with a concentration in
economics. He has additional graduate degrees/certificates in
operations management and human resource management from the Keller
Graduate School of Management.

Ira Parker

Ira Parker is Executive Vice President and General Counsel for AOL
LLC. As General Counsel, he oversees the company's legal affairs,
manages the AOL legal department, and counsels senior management on a
wide variety of issues.

Parker joined AOL in 2006 from Polaroid Corp., where he served as
Vice President and General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief
Compliance Officer. In that role, he was responsible for all legal,
regulatory, and compliance matters.

Before joining Polaroid in 2004, Parker served as President and
Chief Executive Officer of Genuity, Inc., an Internet infrastructure
services provider formerly known as GTE Internetworking. Earlier at
Genuity, he was Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate
Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer.

Parker also worked for GTE Corp. as Vice President and Deputy
General Counsel and was a partner in Washington law firm Alston 
Bird. Before that, he spent nearly 10 years with the Federal Deposit
Insurance Corp. (FDIC) in Washington in various legal positions
including Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of the FDIC's
Resolution Trust Corp. 

He earned his law degree from Emory University School of Law in
Atlanta and received a bachelor of arts degree from Brooklyn College at
the City University of New York, where he was a magna cum laude
graduate.

Jen Consalvo

Jennifer Consalvo is the COO and Co-Editor of Tech Cocktail, a new media and events company offering tech startup events, news and resources. She is also the founder of Shiny Heart Ventures, a technology company.

Joanna Shields

Joanna Shields, Baroness Shields, OBE is an Anglo-American entrepreneur, business investor and since 2014, a British parliamentarian, sitting on the Conservative benches in the House of Lords, following PM David Cameron's recommendation to HM The Queen for her to be created a Life Peer.
Shields serves as Digital Advisor to the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and is a Non-Executive Director of the London Stock Exchange Group and was Chair of Tech City UK at Hoxton in London. She was appointed a Life Peeress in September 2014 and introduced in the House of Lords on 16 October 2014.
Since 1987, Shields has developed and grown some of the world's best-known technology companies, including Electronics for Imaging, RealNetworks, Google, Bebo, Aol and Facebook. Following her relocation from Silicon Valley, California to London in 2000, she holds dual US/British citizenship.
She was Vice President and Managing Director of Facebook in Europe, Middle East and Africa, prior to which she served as President of People Networks at Aol, a position she assumed after the acquisition of Bebo by Time Warner's Aol unit.

John Burbank

As Chief Marketing Officer, John Burbank serves as brand champion
for AOL, with overall responsibility for conceptualizing, developing
and executing the company's marketing strategies and programs, managing
market research and brand development and working closely with the
product marketing teams. 

Burbank comes to AOL from ATT, where he served as Vice
President, Marketing, through the company's transition from ATT
Wireless, Cingular and then ATT. Among his achievements, Burbank
developed the "Signal Bars" advertising campaign, which was
subsequently adopted by Cingular and the new ATT. 

Burbank also built new teams for Hispanic Marketing, Youth
Marketing, Market Research, and Media Innovation, and established
exclusive, content distribution and marketing programs with leading
brands such as HBO, WWE, Saturday Night Live, American Idol, Televisa,
the NCAA, and many major recording artists. Burbank also managed
groundbreaking mobile programs with key Internet companies such as
MySpace, FaceBook, and YouTube. 

Prior to ATT, Burbank was Director, Brand Management, for
NewPower Company, and before that was Brand Manager for Procter 
Gamble, where he led PG's pioneering Internet efforts and
established Pampers.com as the centerpiece to a multi-platform
360-degree marketing program that included development of a companion
TV series on Fox Family.

Burbank got his start at the Chicago Tribune Company, where he
managed the company's initial use of demographic segmentation tools to
demonstrate the value of its readership to advertisers and helped the
company install a new distribution network that let the paper "own" its
customer records and more fully manage the customer experience.

Burbank received a BA and MBA from the University of Chicago.

John Roderick

As Vice President of Programming  Operations for AirPlay
Network, John Roderick oversees the development, administration and
daily operations of the Company's Game Production Services, Customer
Care  Community Management. As a veteran of the online games
industry, John brings more than 15 years of combined Games Product
 Project Management experience in all areas of new products 
services development including building, growing, and operating games
content, customer care  community services.
            As
one of the pioneers in the online games industry with ATT's
ImagiNation Network, John led the management of ImagiNation's internal
and outsourced Customer Care services. From 1994 -1996 as the Director
of New Products  Services for WorldPlay Entertainment, John was
responsible for the planning, coordination and successful execution of
WorldPlay's Card  Board products on AOL. During the past 10 years
as the Director of Operations for AOL Games, John has led 
supported the expansion of AOL Games into new business opportunities,
products and services for online, PC  video games that have
provided an environment focused on member satisfaction  retention
while also driving revenue through advertising, subscriptions 
premium services. John was responsible for the launch of over 300 Free
 Premium interactive games as well as the integration of key
partners including EA.com, Pogo.com, Skilljam, GSN, Popcap 
GameHouse.
            John holds a Bachelor of
Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in
Information Management from California State University, Fresno.

John Schanz

Jon Werther

As Executive Vice President of Business Development, Jon Werther
drives strategic transactions and relationships for the company (with a
primary focus on distribution, content, platform/technology, new
service and product-related transactions) and evaluates new business
opportunities. His group also focuses on the process of innovation at
AOL, working with key stakeholders throughout the company to help
generate ideas, share best practices and instill more systematic
processes to foster and reward innovation.

Werther spent the past year working at Time Warner, Inc. as Vice
President, Operations, where he was responsible for strategic business
initiatives and shareholder value creation opportunities at both the
corporate and divisional operating levels. 

Prior to that, Werther spent seven years at AOL in a variety of
executive roles, overseeing a broad range of cross-company operational
initiatives, structuring and negotiating various strategic
transactions, formulating key AOL strategies, and developing new
revenue streams. 

Before joining AOL, Werther worked at Arnold  Porter LLP in
Washington, DC, where he represented and advised clients in connection
with a variety of transactions, primarily in South America and Asia. 

Werther earned an MBA from The Wharton School, a JD from the George
Washington University Law School (where he graduated Order of the Coif
and was a member of the George Washington Law Review) and a BA from
Emory University (where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa).

Kevin Conroy

Kevin Conroy is Executive Vice President of Products. In this role
he is responsible for the development of AOL products including AOL.com
and customized versions of the AOL portal, the AOL client software, AOL
Mail, AOL Video and AOL Video Search, Instant Messaging, Social
Networking, Mobile, Storage, and Safety and Security tools. Conroy also
is responsible for marketing and distributing AOL products and
services, and recently led the development of Gold Rush, the first
online reality game -- which he co-produced with Mark Burnett -- to
drive awareness, adoption, and usage of AOL products. He also worked in
partnership with Warner Bros. to develop and launch In2TV, the first
online broadband television network.

Previously, Conroy served as Executive Vice President of AOL for
Broadband, where he helped define and market the first online service
specifically designed for consumers with high-speed connections. He
also launched AOL Music On Demand, which quickly became the number-one
free VOD channel on Time Warner Digital Cable, and led the development
of a unique marketing alliance with CBS Radio in which AOL provides CBS
Radio stations with access to real-time AOL content updates.

Prior to this, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of
AOL Entertainment, responsible for directing AOL's entertainment
strategy. He joined the company in 2001 to build AOL Music and launched
AOL Radio and AOL Sessions, among other popular AOL products and
original programming.

Before that, Conroy was Chief Marketing Officer and President of New
Technology at BMG Entertainment, where he was responsible for
overseeing all marketing and new media development for BMG's businesses.

In addition to his operating responsibilities, Conroy serves on the
board of Rock The Vote. He is a graduate of Bowdoin College, and he and
his wife Janet live in Washington, DC, with their three children.

Kimberley Partoll

As Executive Vice President, Customer Management and Paid Services,
Kimberley Partoll leads AOL's Paid Services business unit, which
includes the traditional Internet access services business. Partoll is
also responsible for customer management of all AOL customers and
manages the marketing activities that drive adoption and engagement of
AOL's premier portfolio of free and paid products. She oversees AOL's
worldwide Member Services organization and provides leadership for
global brand development and consumer research.

With more than 18 years of marketing and general management
experience in the telecommunications, cable, and Internet industries,
Partoll joined AOL in 2002 as Senior Vice President, Broadband
Marketing. Under her marketing leadership, AOL launched its entrance
into the broadband business through a portfolio of offers including
bundles with all the major telecommunications companies and Time Warner
Cable.

Partoll came to AOL from the cable industry. At ATT Broadband,
she served as Vice President, Marketing and Operations, and was
responsible for leading the corporate marketing organization for its
"triple play" bundle of video, telephony, and high-speed data products
across a footprint of 28 million U.S. homes. She also served as Vice
President, High Speed Data Product Management and Marketing. Partoll
began her career at ATT in the consumer long-distance business and
held a variety of positions in consumer marketing, product management,
and operations. In 2000, Partoll rose to the executive rank at ATT
and was responsible for managing ATT's 67 million customers and a
multi-billion-dollar revenue stream.

Partoll attended the Executive Education Program at the Dartmouth
College Amos Tuck School of Business and holds a bachelor's degree in
history from Duke University. She is an active mentor for various
diversity groups and individuals at AOL, a board member of the DMA, and
a speaker for industry associations including the Cable 
Telecommunications Association for Marketing and Women in Cable and
Telecommunications.

Maneesh Dhir

As Executive Vice President, International, Maneesh Dhir is
responsible for AOL International and its operations in Asia, Europe,
and the Americas. His duties include overseeing the growth of portals
in these areas as well as reviewing new business opportunities arising
in the international arena.
 
Before he was named to his current position in 2007, Dhir was Senior
Vice President and Country Manager, based in Bangalore, India. There he
led a large workforce across technology development, back-office
operations, and call center operations. In addition, he has been
instrumental in the development of the soon-to-be launched India
portal. Earlier, Dhir played a key role in establishing and launching
AOL's operations in Bangalore. 
 
Prior to his tenure in Bangalore for AOL, he was Vice
President-General Manager of Netscape in Mountain View, CA, and was on
the staff of Netscape when it was acquired by AOL in 1999.
 
Earlier in his career, he was part of the management team for an
Internet startup called KIVA Software in California that was acquired
by Netscape. Before that, he worked at Sun Microsystems, also in the
Silicon Valley, in various technology and business roles for seven
years. 
 
Dhir earned a bachelor's of technology degree from the Indian
Institute of Technology in New Delhi, a master's of science from the
University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), and a master's of business
administration from Stanford University in Stanford, CA.

Mark Berner

As Senior Vice President of Operations, Mark Berner is responsible
for the development and day to day operation of AirPlay’s service. Mark
has been in senior management positions within the game industry for
the last 17 years, including 7 years pioneering the field of
interactive television.
            Prior to AirPlay, Mark was
Head of Technology for AOL Games. From 1999 - 2001 Mark worked at
Electronic Arts as Director of Engineering where he led the team that
built out the EA.com site in ten short months. EA.com was launched with
over 40 games, and has since grown to be one of the most popular gaming
sites on the Internet. Mark was also the Director of Game Development
for WorldPlay Entertainment from 1995-1998. Mark’s first experience
with play along television was from 1989-1995 at Interactive Network
where Mark was the Director of Software Development.
            Mark
has a BA degree in Computer Science from the University of California
at Santa Barbara. He also holds several patents for interactive game
technologies.

Mark Micheli

Mark Micheli is AirPlay’s Vice President of Engineering, responsible
for the design, development and deployment of all software products
related to AirPlay’s service. Mark has been in senior management
positions within the game and music technology industries for the last
15 years, including 7 years pioneering the field of interactive
television.
            Prior to AirPlay, Mark worked at AOL
Entertainment and led the engineering team responsible for the
development of MusicNet@AOL, Radio@AOL, Video@AOL, and iTunes@AOL. From
1998-2000, he served as Technical Director for the AOL Games Channel.
Mark was also a Technical Director for the EA Sports Channel, and part
of the team that built EA.com. Before AOL and Electronic Arts, he was
Director of Applications for WorldPlay Entertainment. Additionally,
Mark was the 8th employee hired at Interactive Network in 1988 and was
responsible for the development of over forty games, personally
designing and developing six of them.
            Mark holds an AB degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from University of California at Berkeley.

Mary Cheney

Mary Claire Cheney (born March 14, 1969) is the younger daughter of Dick Cheney, the former Vice President of the United States, and his wife, Lynne Cheney. She is politically conservative and is involved with a number of political action groups.In 2013, she was a signatory to an amicus curiae brief submitted to the U.S. Supreme Court in support of same-sex marriage during the Hollingsworth v. Perry case.

Matt Lewis
