List RulesOnly living former professional baseball players older than age 90.
It seems like the oldest living baseball players have been around forever. All of the former MLB players who are 90 or older right now have gone on to many things outside their baseball careers, though many have stuck around the game as managers and scouts and commentators. Some of these players made their Major League debuts as far back as World War II.
The list of oldest baseball players includes a number of Hall of Famers, like Tommy Lasorda, and other legends whose great accomplishments have followed them their whole lives. All of these men are part of a select club of former players who have lived into their 90s and are still with us.
Val Heim, at age 99, is the oldest living ex-ballplayer, and he made his final appearance in the majors in 1942. Others like Roy Face and Al Worthington played well into the 1960s. So check out this list of the oldest living baseball players, ordered by their ages, and see if there are any names you recognize, and enjoy learning about some players you might never have heard of.
