A lot of anxiety comes from lack of control, and one of the best things you can do is to surround yourself with things and people that are compassionate and care about you. Anything is possible with a good support system.

It can be really easy to be consumed by your anxiety. When fear becomes a part of your everyday life it can even start taking over good feelings. There's a really thin line between excitement and anxiety, and not being able to tell the difference can flat-out suck.
