A 63-year-old woman in China has attracted attention with her daily superhero workout moves at local parks, and some of it's been caught on this video.
Although she says she only started working out three years ago, she can whips her body around on monkey bars like she's a (young) pro.
Perhaps most impressively, the woman uses basic playground-type equipment plus the weight and flexibility of her own body to do different series of incredibly agile moves.
