"What's a horror movie, new or old, that you went in with low/no expectations and it kind of blew you away?" - @FriGay13
Over on Twitter, horrorhounds and scary movie fans are sharing the movies they had low or no expectations for but were pleasantly surprised by, to say the least. From finding out that Happy Death Day was absolutely delightful to the discovery of Art the Clown, here are few film that went from garbage to gold in the span of 90 minutes.
my friend kept telling me we should go see happy death day. my stubborn ass read the plot and thought nah but eventually i caved in and we watched it. went back to the theater two more times to watch it again and now it’s one of my favorites. https://t.co/oIMRbRPOrA
Same. I'm not much of a comedy person so I wasn't trying to watch it. But when I did I found myself surprised. I even got a tad emotional by the end of it lol. Definitely did not expect that.
Hellraiser, weirdly enough; the two things I knew beforehand were that Pinhead isn't in it much and Pinhead is the iconic part, so the rest took me by surprise AND destroyed me https://t.co/WMvDg7z2ua
