Aniceto Guterres Lopes is an East Timorese lawyer living in Dili. He co-founded the Human Rights and Justice Foundation in 1996, in order to offer free legal services to human rights victims, when East Timor was still ruled by Indonesian armed forces. He became one of the seven leaders of East Timor's Commission for Reception, Truth, and Reconciliation from its establishment in 2002. Arvind Kejriwal is an Indian politician, social activist and former Indian Revenue Service officer who is the seventh and current Chief Minister of Delhi. This is his second term as the Chief Minister, after his Party won the 2015 Delhi Assembly elections with a majority, winning 67 out of 70 assembly seats. Benjamin Abadiano is a Filipino lexicographer who has worked in the country's highlands with the Mangyan, Lumad, and other indigenous peoples.
