While reality shows feel like an incredibly United-States-television-thing, that doesn't mean the format hasn't made its way to other countries. In fact, there are dozens of amazing reality shows that air in the United States based on popular series created overseas. International reality TV shows have been ported over to the United States for decades, but it isn't always clear if an American reality show has an international origin, and you may be surprised to learn that some of your all-time favorites didn't start in the States.
