How powerful is the Predator - or the "Yautja" if you want to get technical? Sure, these alien hunters are buff, and they're outfitted with some of the coolest gadgets in the galaxy, but audiences have witnessed their defeat at the hands of mere mortals. In the first film in the Predator series, a Yautja is fought to a draw by Dutch, a shredded military contractor who gets down and dirty to take out this creature. Surely there are plenty of other non-superpowered characters who could do the same thing.
The best Predator moments are those when the Yautja is on its heels a little, when it has to show why it really is the greatest hunter in the universe. Each of the following characters have impressive abilities that help them beat the odds time and time again, but at the end of the day, they're all just people. Some of them would definitely come out on top in a fight with a Yautja, while others may not be up to the competition. Whatever the case, whoever loses, we win.

Survival Strengths: This billionaire bat enthusiast is nothing if not a survivor. After seeing his parents gunned down in front of him, he trained his mind and body to go after Gotham's worst criminals.
Most Impressive Feats: Audiences don't have to look far to find the many impressive feats in Batman's backstory. In The Dark Knight Rises, a hobbled Bruce Wayne literally drags himself out of a pit after rehabbing his own broken back. Furthermore, in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, he shows just how prepared he is to take on Superman through research and preparation. He shouldn't have been able to take down the last son of Krypton, yet he did.
How Would He Face The Yautja: Batman is the world's greatest detective, so he would do as much research on the Yautja as possible, which includes looking into its weaponry and hunting patterns. When it comes to battling the Yautja, there's no way he's going into that situation without building some kind of anti-Yautja armor, complete with infrared vision.Deadly prey?

Survival Strengths: John Rambo is built for survival. His ripped physique is clear proof of an intense military training regimen, and he has a thorough knowledge of hand-to-hand combat, as well as whatever weapon he gets his hands on.
Most Impressive Feats: In First Blood, Rambo took down an entire sheriff's department after they attempt to dry-shave him. He uses guerilla tactics to take out anyone who gets in his way in the woods of the Pacific Northwest and in the jungles of Vietnam in the mid-'80s. He may be the closest character to Dutch from the original Predator film that the Yautja could ever face.
How Would He Face The Yautja: The Yautja may have its work cut out for it with Rambo. He's trained by the military to use whatever he has at his disposal to seek and destroy, be it a hunting knife or a surface-to-air missile. It all comes down to terrain for Rambo. There would definitely be plenty of hiding and deception, but at the end of the day, Rambo would go hand-to-hand with the Yautja in order to retain his honor.Deadly prey?

Survival Strengths: To be a Mandalorian, one has to be trained to track and capture some of the most dangerous wrongdoers in a galaxy far, far away. Djarin travels with a stacked deck of weapons, armor, and a rad ship. Even without those things, he's a gifted hunter who's great at thinking on his feet and anticipating the worst.
Most Impressive Feats: When facing a Yautja, anything can happen, and that's why Djarin's work with the mercenaries on the New Republic prison ship is paramount to the way he would handle an alien hunter. Not only does Djarin make his way through the ship with ease, but he also anticipates the double (triple? quadruple?) cross and makes sure he comes out on top. Most impressively, he's able to use a patrolling security droid to escape from a prison cell and ambush his fellow mercenaries.
How Would He Face The Yautja: It's entirely possible that Djarin would just bomb the Yautja from space before putting the creature in manacles, but if they had to go toe-to-toe, their fight would be an intense one. The fight would really come down to terrain. Judging from Djarin's work throughout The Mandalorian, he would use the space against the Yautja and take the creature down using his wits rather than relying on weapons or his fists.Deadly prey?

Survival Strengths: John Wick, the Baba Yaga of the Russian underworld, doesn't mess around when it comes to doling out pain. He's like the Energizer Bunny of getting the stuffing beaten out of him and coming back for more. His weapons and martial arts training make him one of the most unstoppable assassins on the planet.
Most Impressive Feats: Pretty much everything that John Wick does is impressive, but one of his coolest moments that shows how he handles the low-tech/high-tech battle that would surely play out with a Yautja is the horse chase in Parabellum where he evades motorcycle-riding assassins through the streets of New York City.
How Would He Face The Yautja: John Wick is all about taking things head-on. While some of the folks on here would build elaborate traps or take to the jungle to create some camouflage, Wick would most likely go head-to-head with the Yautja in the middle of the city. The battle would most certainly spill into a nightclub, roller rink, or maybe even an abandoned warehouse before devolving into a bloody showdown.Deadly prey?
