Throughout the Abrahamic religions, Satan is referred to by many different names; however, some of his aliases are actually the names of other demons. In fact, there are four crown princes of Hell, and Satan is considered the king of them all. One of the three other princes is Lucifer. While the name "Lucifer" is used interchangeably with Satan in the Bible, demonologists assert that Lucifer is a separate demon. The final two crown princes of Hell are Belial and Leviathan; their chapters in the Satanic Bible provide instructions on how to summon Satan.
Many believe these four crown princes are nothing more than mythical beings meant to frighten people. However, much like Abaddon, these entities have much deeper meanings and histories to those that revere them. The four are hailed as the most powerful demons in Hell.
