12 (Alleged) Satanic Symbols Hiding In Plain Sight

Whether or not a physical manifestation of Satan is even possible, some claim to have deciphered satanic symbols in the most inconspicuous places. Allegedly, some companies even use the symbols of satanism, either accidentally or otherwise, though the reasoning for this supposed subliminal messaging is often unclear.

According to those who claim to see these symbols, many are woven into the dense tapestry of American culture. None of these symbols are hidden if you know where to look. Reportedly, satanists sometimes prefer using the “forest for the trees” method when placing sacred symbols in architecture, artwork, and even hand gestures. Below are some of the satanic symbols (allegedly) hiding in plain sight.

  • The Walt Disney Logo

The Walt Disney Company logo famously incorporates its founder's signature, but some speculate that the signature includes three sixes, as well. The number 666 is commonly associated with Satan and the "mark of the beast" in the biblical book of Revelation.

The numerals in question seem to appear in the "D," the dot of the "I," and the "Y," though some people prefer to place the third six in the "W" when the full "Walt Disney" signature is used.

  • The White House

Over the years, rumors have spread that the streets of Washington, DC, were designed to form a pentagram, with the tip leading directly to the White House.

This conspiracy theory alleges that the formation of the streets allows Satan direct access to the Oval Office.

  • The Starbucks Circle

Some have claimed that when turned upside down, the Starbucks logo shares similarities with the emblem used for the Order of Baphomet, one of the many offshoots of satanism. Specifically, the spacing of the stars and the double-circle shield design are said to resemble one another.

Regarldess of what the logo "might" depict, the Starbucks logo officially depicts the Siren, a mermaid being found in Greek mythology.

  • The Statue Of Liberty

Designed by a Freemason, the Statue of Liberty represents Lucifer, at least according to some conspiracy theorists.

These theorists, who reference the statue's lighted torch and crown as proof for their beliefs, claim the statue also represents the goddess Venus. Regardless, some view the statue as an anti-Christian symbol.
