Whether you're a casual fan or a Spidey aficionado, Spider-Man: No Way Homehas a ton to offer in terms of callbacks, cameos, and Easter eggs. Not all of them are easy to spot, though, even when using your keenest Spidey sense. Thankfully, fans online are pointing out some of the best small details to come out of No Way Home.
There are several great references to the original Sam Raimi franchise. For example, just like in the first Spider-Man, Norman Osborn has a perfect set of veneers, while the Green Goblin has crooked teeth and gaps between them. It's worth keeping an eye out for some of Spidey's moves, too. When dodging the Green Goblin's bombs, Tom Holland's Spider-Man man does the same flipping dodge as Toby Maguire's. And of course, there's gotta be some love for Stan Lee. Check out the number on a taxi that Spider-Man leaps over. It's Lee's birthday!

Little detail that was brought back from Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man 1 (2002) in Spider-Man No Way Home (2021). Willem Dafoe wears prosthetics as Norman Osborn, but as the Goblin persona he retains Dafoe’s natural, less perfect, teeth.
In Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021), the phrase on [BIG SPOILER!] is a direct reference to Spider-Man PS4.
Explanation: The phrase 'When you help someone, you help everyone' is a quote often said by May in the Spider-Man PS4 video game. It appears on her grave when she dies at the end of the game. This was carried over for May's grave in NWH.
In Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021) As an homage to the comics, in a few shots, the electric field around Electro reveals his original mask for a split second.

In Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021), when Peter Parker is separated from his physical form by Doctor Strange, we can slightly see his famous Spider sense above his head just like in the comics (you can view it better when it's moving).
