Small Details From Underrated Pixar Movies That Prove They Deserve More Credit

We all love Pixar movies. They're sweet. They're delightful. They warm our hearts and leave us with a smile. Surprisingly, though, some Pixar movies just don't get quite as much love. Movies like Monsters University and A Bug's Life are amazing-- and as fans online will point out-- filled with incredible small details that make them shine. In Cars 2, for example, there's a familiar-sounding restaurant you might have looked right past. It's not Ratatouille's Gusteau's, but rather, Gastow's. Some details are so minuscule you can miss them in the blink of an eye. In Brave, after Merida fires an arrow, the fletching leaves a tiny cut on her cheek. There are even details that reach back into history. In The Good Dinosaur, a view of Earth from space shows that the continents as we know them today haven't fully formed yet.

Check out this list of small details fans spotted in underrated Pixar movies, and don't forget to vote up your favorites!

For the longest time, I never understood why the grasshoppers in A Bug's Life had a feral grasshopper amongst their ranks. Today I finally figured it out, he's a locust, a grasshopper in its crazed 'swarming' phase.
