Aunt May gets clipped by Green Goblin's glider and bleeds out, all while telling Peter, "It's fine, it's fine." But maybe Marisa Tomei was just sick of having nothing to do in these movies besides awkwardly flirt with Happy.

Tobey Maguire And Andrew Garfield Swing Back

As part of Dr. Strange's wonky spell that brings anyone who knows Peter Parker is Spider-Man into the MCU's reality, along come two more classic Spider-Men. When Ned uses Dr. Strange's sling ring to show him Peter Parker he opens up portals to Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield's Parkers. The three eventually team up to cure the Sinister Five of their afflictions (it's kind of unclear what they're doing to Electro) before everyone gets zapped back to their reality.

The last time we saw Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man he failed to save his beloved Gwen Stacy from falling to her death. In No Way Home he gets a moment of redemption when he manages to save MJ from a similar fate. Does this undo Gwen's death? Probably not but it can't hurt!

    Everyone Forgets Peter Parker

In the end, in order to save reality from collapsing, Peter tells Dr. Strange to cast a spell that makes everyone forget him. It's best not to think too hard about how any of this works because, magic. So at the end of the movie Peter's friends don't know him, along with Happy and all the other MCU heroes presumably. So it's safe to assume that all the Stark money and resources he had in the previous movies are also gone.
