Ahsoka Got Her White Lightsabers By Purifying Red Crystals With The Force
Honestly, I find it really interesting about the concept behind the red Kyber Crystals in new canon. That they are regular Kyber Crystals used by former Jedi that the dark side user has to use the force to 'bleed' the crystal. And two really cool different examples of this are Kylo Ren's crystal which he cracked in the process of bleeding it due to lack of knowledge and patience and that's why his saber looks the way it does. And then Ahsoka's white Crystals are bled Kybers used by former Sith that she used the force to purify. That's cool.

Mace Windu Developed His Own Unique Fighting Style
The extent of Mace's power depends on who he is fighting. He uses a very rare form of lightsaber combat that focuses on channeling his enemy's power back at themselves. It was a very difficult form however because it required him to come very close to the dark side of the force without allowing it to overtake him. In the same way that Hulk gets stronger with growing rage, Mace gets stronger the harder you come at him.
This is the reason he was made to lead the strike team against Palpatine, and why he was the only Jedi not cut down instantly. He was one of the only people in the order capable of handling a Sith lord of almost any strength (there were limits to his power obviously) The only reason that Palpatine escaped their encounter alive is that Anakin interfered, and the only reason that Anakin was able to dispatch Mace was that he took him off guard.
The pilot who Obi-Wan was talking to prior to meeting with Han and Chewie in the Mos Eisely Cantina (Chalmun’s Cantina) was Bo’shek, a Force-sensitive spice smuggler.
Obi-Wan encouraged Bo’Shek to leave his current life to pursue a life seeking to understand the Force. Bo’shek obliged and then introduced Obi-Wan to Chewie, who would then introduce Ben to Han.
